I’ve always been an entrepreneur to some degree, but food is my passion.

I started cooking at age 9. My grandmother would stand me on a chair while we made Sunday dinner – fried chicken, collard greens, mashed potatoes and sweet tea -- on their South Carolina farm. Banana pudding was my specialty.

In the 10th grade I started taking cooking classes at school. Even now, after all those years, I still enjoy serving my customers and making food taste good.

I opened Straight to the Plate Catering, LLC, in 2005.

We prepare and serve a variety of cuisines – French, Italian, soul food, backyard barbeque, even boxed lunches. Just tell us what you want and leave the rest to us.

We serve corporate clients, schools, private parties, churches, weddings, special occasions, birthday parties and more.

It really is a “Taste of Heaven on Earth.”
