What makes this church unique?
We made a conscious decision to stay in a challenged neighborhood, and we are extremely mission-minded at our core. Many churches really emphasize worship, and we have powerful worship, but really the missional aspect of this church makes it stick out.

What is the church’s vision?
Our theme is “Convince the unconvinced to be convinced and make disciples.” So our vision is to make disciples, to empower people to go out and build the Kingdom of God.

What are this church’s core beliefs?
We believe in self-sufficiency. We believe in building the spirit. We believe in family. But most of all, we believe in empowering people to become spiritually strong so that they can help build God’s kingdom.

What ministries and programs are offered?
We have over 50 different ministries here, everything from Christian education to women’s ministries, children’s ministries, ministries that are based on helping people advance in school. You name it, we’ve got it.

What are the greatest strengths of this church?
Its people and their belief in God and what they are doing.

How does this church foster spiritual growth?
Through worship, through teaching and through fellowship. When you expose people to worship you expose people to great teaching and help them learn how to interact with another. It strengthens the family and helps people to be able to move as they are going to express that with other folks.
