Food, fashion, comedy and dancing were on the menu at the Rameses Temple Saturday night during the Spring Gala fund-raiser for Davidson Presbyterian Church. About 75 people gathered for the semi-formal event, which brought in donations to help the church replace its aging sanctuary on Depot Street in Davidson.

Members of the 117-year-old Davidson Presbyterian Church are hoping to build a new $1 million sanctuary on the church’s current site.
