We are 23 days into our Lenten season. How are you using this time to reflect on His suffering and sacrifice? Are you remembering the purpose of His birth, death, burial and resurrection? Set aside some time out of your busy day to reflect on Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Rev. Glencie Rhedrick

***
Dear Gracious God,

We come with humble hearts to thank You for allowing us another day to worship You in Spirit and in Truth. We come with thankful hearts for allowing us to be in partnership with You to do good works for others in Your Kingdom. We come with humble and thankful hearts as You continue to forgive us for falling short of doing Your will. We thank You for putting us in the right place at the right time to help those who are suffering loss and encountering tragedy. We thank You for all of Your comfort and compassion shown us this week. We come with much gratitude for Your abundant grace and mercy.

Our Heavenly Father, keep us close to You, so that we may feel Your powerful Spirit guiding us in the path of righteousness. Equip us, Oh Lord, to be better servants of Your will. Dear Lord, sustain us as we draw closer to You during this seasons of Lent.

It is in the strong name of Jesus, Our Lord and Savior, that we pray this prayer! Amen, Amen and Amen.
