Gospel recording artist Israel Houghton and his group New Breed will be in concert at the University City Church of God in Christ on Sept 8.

Houghton has recorded such hit gospel tracks as “I am Not Forgotten” and “Here I am to Worship.” He is also a worship leader at the famed Lakewood Church pastored by televangelist Joel Osteen in Houston, Texas.

The concert will be sponsored by University City Church in conjunction with Praise 100.9. Praise radio personality, Melanie Clark, will co-host the event along with bestselling author Mo Stegall.

There will also be a guest performance by artist Nicci Canada.
