Some people go out of their way to avoid doing just about everything on Friday the13th. That was not the case for Dana Lee and Bovier Hines. They went on their first date on Friday June 13, 2007.

They met and become friends after Bovier’s lawn care business began caring for Dana’s grandmother’s lawn. Since they were dating other people, their conversations had consisted of giving each other advice on relationships.

Then, on a day that many consider unlucky, they decided to go to Center City Park. Was that tempting fate?
