Robert Rosen is looking to get paid.

He’s a photographer suing for allegedly getting his butt whopped by Chris Brown’s bodyguards in an incident that occurred at a Los Angeles fitness club on March 13.

Rosen claims he was chased then beaten after he took pictures of the singer while he was playing basketball in story on People.com.

He wants his medical bills to paid as well as money for emotional distress.
