February 14 is doubly special for Donna Jones.

Not only is it her birthday; it’s also the day she became engaged to Maurice Taylor.

The couple met two years ago at the Bronner Brothers Hair Show in Atlanta. They plan to marry on April 30, 2011.

The day before her 29th birthday, Maurice flew in from Kentucky and took Donna to dinner with her closest friends and family. The next day he popped the question.

“Words can’t describe my feelings at that moment,” Donna recalls, “but it felt so good…Whoa! The man that I am in love with had just asked me to be his wife.”
