How did you meet? Over 22 years ago, Dwight was the best man and I was maid of honor at the marriage of his brother to my sister. We didn’t know it then that we would be asking them to do the same for us, 22 years later. Love didn’t strike until almost four years ago, when Dwight and I were attending a wedding anniversary party for the same couple (our brother/sister/brother in-law/sister in-law).

Describe the moment when you first knew Dwight was the one: It was when I realized Dwight loved me for who I was at each moment, not for what or who I could be. In other words, when I realized he wasn’t trying to make me over or make me different.

How did he propose? On a quiet Christmas Eve, privately, around the tree, down on one knee.

Where did you honeymoon? We went to the Florida Keys and the Bahamas on a five-night cruise. It was amazing!
