Ed McMahon has passed away at 86.

The television legend died at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in California this morning. McMahon was said to be suffering from a number of health problems including cancer.

He is best known as Johnny Carson's sidekick on "The Tonight Show" and for his line, "Heeeeeeeeeeere's Johnny!"

McMahon was also the host of "Star Search" and "TV Bloopers And Practical Jokes" with Dick Clark.
