Oprah Winfrey employees are allegedly upset because they were made to sign a pledge not to use their phones while driving according to RadarOnline.com.

Oprah started her “no phone zone pledge” after she taped a show that featured a young couple who lost their daughter after a man, who was talking on his cell phone, hit their SUV.

Apparently, Oprah did not force the employees to sign the pledge.

“But it was pretty clear to everyone that it would not be good to resist signing it,” said a source. “You don’t mess with Oprah.”

We’ve heard that Oprah runs a tight ship over at Harpo, Inc. (you can't chew gum at work either) but do you think this is ridiculous?
