It's not too late to plan a great weekend
In like a lion; out like a lamb. Is there any truth to this saying?.jpg)
We all know March weather is changeable. We can experience spring-like temperatures or a wintry mix. I say let's take advantage of the weather while we can and enjoy the upcoming weekend.
Last weekend I attended the Al Jarreau concert at Knights Theater. I was lucky enough to have a front-row seat (which was wonderful) and enjoyed close to two hours of Mr. Jarreau's performance. By the time he sang "My Old Friend" I was overwhelmed with pleasant thoughts of my past. Once again, Jazz Diva Tammy provided an extraordinary evening of jazz.

SUNDAY
An independent film ~ “I Will Follow,” Starring Salli Richardson-Whitfield. Maye (Salli Richardson-Whitfield) is a success. Great career and in a relationship with a man who's easy on the eyes. Her world is turned upside down by tragedy as she struggles to keep her balance. This film chronicles a day in the life of a woman at a crossroads, and the 12 people who helped her move forward into a brave new world. "I Will Follow” is one of the best films I've seen about coming to terms with the loss of a loved one. It’s not sentimental, it’s not superficial. It is very deeply true. Thumbs Up ~ ROGER EBERT. Now playing at AMC Carolina Pavilion 22. Address: 9541 South Blvd. Phone: 1888-AMC-4FUN.
