Music mogul Jay-Z is appearing in a public service announcement for the nonpartisan organization HeadCount, encouraging young people to vote in the midterm elections.

The 30-second spot will air on CBS, Fuse and other major networks. The promo was shot during Jay-Z’s headlining performance at Bonnaroo on June 12

“In a year when there is such negativity in this country, Jay-Z’s positive message is jolting and inspirational,” said HeadCount's executive director Andy Bernstein. “When he told the crowd at Bonnaroo ‘We changed the world,’ it was a truly electric moment. Thousands of people got goosebumps, and I knew it would make an unforgettable PSA.”
