The Internet was buzzing with many upset about this photograph of Madonna with her adopted African children.

She’s on vacation in Italy celebrating her 51st birthday. In the photo she's chilling out with her 22-year-old boyfriend, Jesus Luz, son, David and daughter, Mercy.

Reports says that David and Mercy even wore tee-shirts earlier in the day that said, "I love Madonna." We are wondering if that makes sense to you?
