Katherine Jackson has gained permanent custody Michael’s three children, a judge has ruled in a hearing today. Debbie Rowe, the children’s mother will get visitation rights.

The judge also signed off on Jackson's estate paying out separate monthly allowances to provide for Katherine and the children.

The filing was sealed and the amount of the payments, were not disclosed.
