A week ago, Oprah and rapper Jay-Z  hanging  were hanging in Marcy Projects in Brooklyn, were Jigga grew up.  Now Oprah says he's her "new best friend."

After meeting the rapper, Oprah called into her BFF Gayle King's Sirius/XM Satellite Radio show, and confessed that after spending two hours with Jay-Z for an interview she did for her magazine, O, she developed a respect for him despite not loving his music.

“He was so charming and delightful—and he smelled so good,” she says. “It’s the kind of thing where you hug a guy and the scent is sort of buried in them,” she explains. “When we went to the second location I could still smell him on me. It was like, ‘Oh, my, this is wonderful!’”

All we can say is Beyoncé better watch out!
