It was a winning night for the film “Precious” at the 41st NAACP Image Awards.

The movie was named outstanding motion picture and outstanding independent film at Friday’s ceremony.

Stars Mo’Nique won for best supporting actress in a motion picture and Gabourey Sidibe won for best actress.
