Promising to live, love and laugh, Quentin Harris, 34, of Lexington, Ky., and Jeketa Harris, 32, of Gastonia, exchanged nuptials in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, on Dec. 21, 2009.

The couple met in a Charlotte nightclub. After six months of dating, the bride said, she knew she was in love. They had an impromptu engagement – the groom proposed in a Walmart store while they were hanging out with family.

Quentin works for US Airways, and Jeketa is pursing a masters degree in elementary education at UNC Charlotte.

The couple are faithful members of New Beginnings Christian Center of Jacksonville, N.C., and are now building a life together in Charlotte.
