It seems Citigroup Richard Parsons has more on his hands than rescuing the ailing financial giant.

The New York Daily News reported last week that Parsons, married with three children, recently fathered a daughter with model-philanthropist MacDella Cooper.

"This is a private matter, and I prefer not to talk about it at this time," the newspaper quoted the 61-year-old Parsons as saying.

Cooper, 32, also declined to comment.

The Liberian beauty has worked for Ralph Lauren and appeared in Glamour magazine. She also founded the MacDella Cooper Foundation, which helps orphans and abandoned children in her homeland.
