Rihanna may have to break her silence and tell a jury what really happened in the alleged assault between her and Chris Brown on February 8.

In a hearing in Los Angeles on Thursday, her attorney said the prosecutors intend to subpoena the star to testify in court a People.com report said.

Brown has plead not guilty to the charges. If convicted  he’ll face a maximum of four years and eight months in state prison.
