Singer Toni Braxton is facing foreclosure after defaulting on her mortgage payments.

The Grammy-winning singer owes more than $12,500 on her mansion in Century City, California and officials at the Bank of America are now looking to foreclose on the property according to TMZ.com.

In 2008 Braxton was diagnosed with heart disease and was forced to close a series of Las Vegas concerts.

A few weeks ago it was revealed that Braxton was also facing a lawsuit from the City National Bank (CNB), who claims she owes them $900,000 in loan payments.
