This week: Smoked Salmon Rolls

These appetizer rolls are easy to make and you can do it in advance so when your guest arrive they are ready to enjoy.

Ingredients:
1 lb Smoked Salmon
6 oz fresh chives chopped
8 oz whipped cream cheese
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Equipment:
Sheet Pan
Spatula
Large mixing bowl

Preheating: None

Preparation:
Lay salmon on sheet pan
Mix chives and cream cheese together with cayenne pepper
Spread cream cheese mixture on salmon and roll

For service:
Cut Salmon rolls on a bias
Arrange on serving platter
Enjoy
