Steve Harvey can do it all.

The popular radio personality has joined Essence magazine as a columnist in the January issue of the magazine. Based on his 'Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Man' book, the column “Think Like A Man” will offer tips on relationships for women.

"From many of my failures, successes and wisdom I've learned from so many people along the way, I hope -- through this column -- in my own small way, to share and uplift and sometimes laugh ... and keep hoping that God's favor shines on us all and never stop,” said Harvey, who has been married three times.
