Esperanza Spalding will be the featured indoor concert performer at the 2010 Sunset Jazz Festival.

The festival, ponsored by Pride Magazine, is scheduled for Friday, September 24, and Saturday, Sept. 25.

Spalding, 25, plays multiple instruments and is best known as a jazz bassist and singer. She was invited to the White House to perform for President Obama. Oprah featured her in O Magazine, and Prince picked her to perform during a tribute to him at the 2010 BET Awards.
