Basketball players aren’t the only ones who bring their A-game to the Qcity during the CIAA tournament. People come from all over to party and wear their best gear. Here are some fashionable people I spotted last night in uptown Charlotte.

Jerel Lorde (below) is visiting the Qcity from Connecticut. I love her red shoes with her black shirt and gray pants. Her black textured belt and shoes really make her outfit stand out.

Chad Thomas (below) from Durham says he loves clothes. His black converse sneakers and black-framed glasses are on par with the “nerd” look that so many men are rocking these days. I love it!

Tonya Davis (below) is in town form Atlanta. Her friend called her a fashion forward woman and her yellow shoes and multi-colored shirt with yellow accents definitely showcase that.

James Alsop (below) is visiting from Los Angeles. His high waist slacks and suspenders show that he’s not afraid to set his own trends. I liked his pearl bracelet and gray cap combination.

Isaac Hinton (below) from Brooklyn says he knows his white sunglasses are a bit much, but he doesn’t care. His funky afro and black and white shirt and sneaker combination match his outgoing personality.
