R&B star Usher and his wife, Tameka Foster are reportedly planning to divorce after almost two years of marriage.

We're not surprised. Rumors have being floating around for weeks on the net. He’s been photographed partying with random women and without his wedding ring.

Divorce papers were filed in Atlanta, Georgia on Thursday morning (11Jun09) according to In Touch magazine.

We bet he's glad he listened to his "momanger" and signed that prenuptial agreement.

The couple has two kids together, Usher Raymond V, 18 months, and Naviyd, six months.
