Lil Wayne is being sued by Red City Entertainment for oversleeping and missing a scheduled concert performance. The company says it fronted the rapper $432,000 for a concert appearance in the Bahamas.

According to reports, Lil Wayne was found unconscious in his hotel room by the cops.

Red City says it paid $210,000 in advance and the rest is the balance for his hotel room and other expenses.
