Will Conrad Murray be charged with Michael Jackson's death?

Dr. Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson’s personal physician, may be charged with involuntary manslaughter as early as next week.

According to reports, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office has began to discuss filing a criminal case against Murray.

Investigators are still gathering more evidence in the case and are undecided whether Murray will have to surrender in Los Angeles or be arrested in Houston where he resides.

“Until police complete their investigation and bring it to our office, there is no way to know what charges may be filed and against whom,” said Jane Robison, spokeswoman for Los Angeles County District Attorney's office
