Clifford W. Stafford of Charlotte, NC, passed away on Monday, January 31, 2011. He was 81 years old.

Mr. Stafford was the son of the late Mr. Clifton Stafford and Willie Mae Steele Stafford.

He is survived by his wife, Sarah J. Stafford; daughter Carolyn Stafford; sons Clifton Stafford of Hartford, CT, Ricky Stafford (Vernessa) and Steve Stafford all of Charlotte; sister, Mrs. Jessie Wallace; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 6, 2011 at Logan Chapel C.M.E. Church, Charlotte. Visitation is from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the church.

Burial to follow at the Church Cemetery.
