Ms. Edna W. Grier of Charlotte died Monday, April 18, 2011 at her Charlotte residence. She was 100 years old.

A funeral service is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 26, at Moore’s Sanctuary A.M.E. Zion Church, 4101 Morris Field Road, Charlotte. Visitation is scheduled for 1:30 to 2 p.m. at the Church.

Burial will be in the church cemetery.
