Mrs. Catherine McClendon of Charlotte, NC, died Wednesday, January 26, 2011. She was 91 years old.

A funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, January 29, at 12 p.m. at Greater Fellowship Baptist Church, 2300 McClintock Road (off Central Avenue). Visitation is at the church from 11 a.m. to noon.

Interment will be in York Memorial Park.

Long & Son Mortuary Service is serving the McClendon Family.
