Ms. Cecelia Hill Foster of Tega Cay, SC, passed away peacefully on January 24, 2011, at Pineville Rehabilitation.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 28 at St. Paul Baptist Church at 11 a.m. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the church

Burial will be in the VA National Cemetery in Salisbury, NC, on Monday, January 31, at 2 p.m.

Alexander is serving the Foster Family.
