Ms. Susan Jean Alexander of Charlotte died Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at Presbyterian Hospital-Main. She was 77 years old.

Ms. Alexander was a retired cafeteria worker in the public school system.

A funeral service is scheduled for 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 20 at the United House of Prayer on Mallard Creek Road. The family will receive visitors at the church from 3:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Alexander Funeral Home is serving the family.
