All right, music lovers, we know you know Whitney Houston has bumped up her album’s (“I Look To You”) release date from September to Aug. 31.

Now, you can preview Whit’s entire album, streaming on her official Web site.

After a thorough listen, we ... have to listen to it again.

We definitely don’t hate it, fam. But we didn’t instantly fall in love like we have with past Houston efforts.

Maybe it’s the odd pairing of Houston and Akon on “Like I Never Left.” The trademark prison bars clanking at the beginning of a Whitney track should never happen.

Or maybe it’s her cover of “A Song For You,” most notably performed by Donny Hathaway.

Umm ... It’s got a club beat. Definitely not as iconic as her previous covers (Hello, “I’m Every Woman” and “I’ll Always Love You”).

What we are loving, though: “I’ll Be There,” which brings strong vocals from the songstress and a current sound.

We’re also loving “Million Dollar Bill.” It’s fun, it’s bouncy, and it’s side of Ms. Houston that we’ve missed.

But enough of what we think. Did you give the album a listen? What say you, family?
