Sade has gone decidedly dark for her first video in years.

“Solider Of Love” comes complete with ominous clouds, a wild horse, an army of steppers and Sade herself in a sequined rodeo ensemble (and lasso).

“Solider” is set in what appears to be a post-apocalyptic world – red smoke and desolate lands provide the backdrop for much of the five-minute video.

This seems like a vid fans are either going to love … or not love.
