Charlotte Mecklenburg Police are looking for a man with a lengthy arrest record who cut off his electronic monitor on Tuesday.

Marsalle Mitchell, 45, is wanted on outstanding warrants for assault on a female, breaking and entering, and interfering with an electronic monitoring device. He was ordered to wear an electronic monitoring device while awaiting charges on burglary charges.

According to the Charlotte Observer, Mitchell’s arrest record includes past charges of breaking and entering and assault on a female.

Police have been looking for Mitchell since early Tuesday, when he cut off his electronic monitoring device.

Mitchell, a black man, is described as 6 feet 1 and 160 pounds with short-cropped hair.
