Ice cream man robbed

SHOOTING: A 34-year-old male in the 700 block of North Hoskins Road apparently shot himself by accident around 1:30 p.m. Monday Police had no immediate word on his condition.

ROBBERY: An ice cream man reported being robbed by two black females and three black males in the 8700 block of Broomsage Lane around 12:30 p.m. Monday.

ROBBERY: A man reported being robbed of his vehicle at gunpoint around 5 a.m. Monday in the 2700 block of Freedom Drive. The suspects were described as two black males. The vehicle, a blue BMW, was last seen traveling toward I-85. The victim was not injured.

ROBBERY: A Circle K store in the 5300 block of Prosperity Church Road was robbed at gunpoint around 3:35 a.m. Monday. The suspect was described as a masked white male wearing dark clothing. The suspect fled on foot. No one was injured.

MAN SHOT: A man told police he was shot in the foot by unknowns subjects while standing on Graham Street near W. Sugar Creek Road shortly after 10 p.m. Sunday. The suspects fled in an SUV, and the victim took himself to Carolinas Medical Center for treatment.

ROBBERY: An Hispanic male told police he was sitting outside in the 600 block of Archdale Drive Sunday when he was approached by two black males. The suspects pulled a gun, took cash from the victim and hit him several times with the gun. The victim suffered non life-threatening injuries. The attackers were said to be in their 20s and around 5-foot, 9-inches tall.
