The Johnson C. Smith University women’s basketball team has received an at-large bid to the NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional tournament.
JCSU enters as the No. 2 seed and will face No. 7 Glenville State College, which plays in the West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WVIAC).
After capturing the CIAA Southern Division title, the Lady Golden Bulls lost to Shaw University 62-56 in the conference title game Saturday at Time Warner Cable Arena.
