Indications are that U.S. District Judge Frank Whitney will soon impose sentencing on pastors Anthony and Harriet Jinwright. The courthouse doors have been locked, and no one is allowed to come or go.

Issues to watch:

Will Whitney find Anthony Jinwright guilty of perjury in addition to his current convictions for conspiracy and tax evasion?

Will Whitney find that Greater Salem Church also was a victim of the Jinwrights' crimes?

In the pre-sentence report, a Pastor's Consortium established by Anthony Jinwright is called a "kick-back scheme."
