After one weekend of March Madness, several things are clear.

• My bracket is busted.
• It was a waste to invite six ACC teams to the NCAA tournament.
• Northern Iowa (9 seed), Cornell (12 seed), Washington (11 seed) and St. Mary’s (10 seed) have officially crashed the Big Dance!

Unfortunately, I had Kansas penciled in not only to make the Final Four but to win it all. Not to mention Pitt, another one of my Final Four picks, is out early, too.

So will the upsets continue? No doubt, but Northern Iowa, Cornell and Washington won’t be doing the giant killing this time.

Be sure to check out these teams for your upset specials:

• Xavier (6 seed), who already took down Pitt (3 seed), will add Kansas State (2 seed) to the list.
• Butler (5 seed) will continue its tournament run by sending home another No. 1 seed -- Syracuse.
• For St. Mary’s (10 seed), the dream postseason rolls on with another big win over Baylor (3 seed).
