The family of former WSOC-TV reporter Ken Ward has set up a memorial fund in his honor at Wells Fargo Bank. The fund will go to helping the family pay for funeral expenses, memorial fees, as well as to ship items that Ward wanted for his son.

Ward’s wife Letitia wants to thank the community for their prayers and continued support. “Keep me in your prayers,” she said. “Thank you for all of your support and offerings. Just pray for us as we get through this.”

Those interested in donating can do so at any Wells Fargo location. Simply specify to the teller that you would like to make a contribution to the “memorial fund for Kenneth Walter Ward.”
