Police on Friday were looking for 17-year-old Corey L. Baker, suspected of cutting off his court-ordered electronic monitoring device.

Baker is facing charges of breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, larceny of auto, and larceny from an auto. Baker cut off his monitor, police said, after he was involved in a domestic dispute.

Baker was last seen Friday in the area of Cushman Street and Sugar Creek Road. He has previous arrests in Mecklenburg County for resisting arrest and possession of burglary tools.

ROBBERY: A victim reported being robbed at gunpoint shortly after 11:30 p.m. Friday in the 9500 block of South Blvd. The suspect was described as a black male wearing a white T-shirt and blue shorts. The suspect, armed with a silver handgun, fled on foot. No one was injured.

ROBBERY: A woman told police she was robbed at gunpoint around 10:45 p.m. Friday in the 2000 block of Archdale Drive. The suspect was described as a black male. The victim said the robber took her purse and fled on foot. No injury was reported.
