Deandre Thornton

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is requesting the public’s help in locating a man charged with numerous counts of violent crime.

Detectives said Deandre Thornton, 21, is wanted on charges including robbery with a dangerous weapon (gun) and second-degree kidnapping.

He is described as 6-feet-1-inches tall and 160 pounds.

Anyone with information about Thornton’s whereabouts is asked to call the Violent Criminals Apprehension Team at 704-336-8228(VCAT) or 911 immediately.
