If published reports are true, the Qcity’s most eligible bachelor may soon be off the market.

According to "The Charlotte Observer" and several other news organization, Charlotte Bobcats majority owner Michael Jordan got engaged to a Cuban-born model over the Christmas holiday.

According to the "Observer," no wedding date has been set for MJ, 48, and 33-year-old Yvette Prieto. The two reportedly have been dating since 2008.

Prieto and Jordan were rumored to be celebrating their engagement on a private yacht in the French Riviera. But a spokeswoman for Jordan did not respond to attempts to confirm published reports.

Property records show Prieto and Jordan own a three-bedroom house in Miami's Highlands at Kendall suburb, the "Observer" reported. She was spotted following Jordan, PGA legend Fred Couples and Quail Hollow Club president Johnny Harris during last year's Quail Hollow tournament in Charlotte.

This would be the second marriage for Jordan. He and Juanita Jordan divorced in 2006 after 17 years of marriage. According to the "Chicago Tribune," Prieto used to date singer Julio Iglesias Jr.
