Two Carolina Panthers are in the Pro Bowl.

Defensive end Julius Peppers and running back DeAngelo Williams were the only Cats to make the team. Peppers was chosen for the fifth time and will start for the NFC, while Williams will be making his first Pro Bowl appearance and will be a reserve player.

The game is to be played Jan. 31 at Pro Player Stadium near Miami.

With one game left in the regular season, Peppers has 10.5 sacks and five forced fumbles.

Williams, injured for much of December, ranks ninth in the NFL with 1,117 yards rushing.
