Win a fully catered family reunion
Looking for an inexpensive way to host a family reunion or some other gathering?
The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) and House-Autry Mills will award one lucky winner a fully catered event for up to 200 people, as well as two tickets to the 2012 CIAA Tournament in Charlotte.
To enter the random drawing, visit www.House-Autry.com/Contest and submit your name and contact information. The deadline to enter is February 25, 2011. One entry per valid email address.
The “Southern Fried Reunion Contest” is open to families, sororities, fraternities, church groups or any other kind of close-knit group.

Central Piedmont Community College is accepting nominations for the 2011 Richard H. Hagemeyer Educational Advancement Award.
The award recognizes a former CPCC student who has significantly benefited from experiences at CPCC and whose efforts have helped the community. The award is named after Dr. Richard H. Hagemeyer, CPCC president for 23 years, who led the College from a trade school with 1,200 students to the state’s largest community college.
Nominations are being sought for individuals who have:
• demonstrated community involvement and social responsibility
• acquired scholastic and learning skills that have led to continued personal and educational growth
• improved his or her economic status and potential for growth
• exemplified positive and significant life changes
