WELCOME to Qcitymetro, a service of GlennOaks Media LLC. We encourage free and open exchange of information and ideas, but ask you to abide by certain terms as a condition of using this site. Your use of this site constitutes your agreement to these terms.

Qcitymetro is a free service. As a user of this site, you agree that:

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, articles, photographs, images, graphics, trademarks, logos and service marks, is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. It is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not store or archive any significant portion of the content. You may not create a database using it. Any use of this site that violates United States intellectual property laws is prohibited.

You may hyperlink to Qcitymetro so long as the link does not state or imply any sponsorship or endorsement of your site by Qcitymetro, GlennOaks Media or any of their affiliates.

You may not use content from this site in any way not specifically provided for in this agreement without the expressed written consent of GlennOaks Media.

You acknowledge that Qcitymetro is published in real time. Therefore, we do not, can not, nor intend to attempt the impossible task of screening communications in advance. You therefore acknowledge that neither Qcitymetro nor GlennOaks Media shall assume any responsibility by action or inaction with respect to content posted or provided by users.

QCITYMETRO IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT OR ANY OTHER SERVICE OR PRODUCT ON OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.

YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ QCITYMETRO’S DISCUSSIONS AND SUBMISSIONS AGREEMENT AND WILL ABIDE BY ITS POLICIES.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Qcitymetro.com harmless from and against any and all liability, loss, claims, damages, costs and/or actions (including attorney’s fees) based on or arising from any breach by you of your obligations under these Terms of Use.

GlennOaks Media reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification under this agreement.

As a registered user of this site, you agree to safeguard your login information – username and password. Qcitymetro and GlennOaks Media are not responsible for content posted to this site from your computer, nor for commerce conducted on this site through your computer.

YOU ALONE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL CONTENT YOU POST ON THIS SITE.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. The venue for any legal action that concerns this agreement shall be Mecklenburg County, N.C.

Privacy Policy

GlennOaks Media, LLC is committed to protecting personal information about our users and persons who transact business through Qcitymetro.

Personal information you provide is for internal use only. No personal information about you will be intentionally disclosed by Qcitymetro or GlennOaks Media to any third parties. We do share aggregate data about our users with our advertisers. For example, we may tell advertisers how many of our users are male or female or live in a certain zip code. These aggregate statistics do not contain any identifiable individual information.

Qcitymetro uses "cookies," an element of data sent and stored on your computer. We use cookies to administer this site. You may turn off cookies through your Web browser.

We cannot control the privacy policies of sites we may link to. If you provide personal information, including credit card information, to linked third-party sites, the information is stored on their servers and is governed by their privacy policies.

If you post a comment in one of our forums or guest books, your comments will be public because those comments will be published to the Web. If you sign your comments or include any personal information in them, that information will become public. We do not edit users' comments, but we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove postings we deem inappropriate.
